The project brief was to create an extension which provides flexible living space over two floors. We worked closely with the client to establish their requirements and with our architectural partners to gain approval from the local authorities. SRC Limited provided a full turnkey solution to the client.

SCOPE OF WORKS

​

- Instruction of professional team ( Architect / Structural engineers / Building Control) to gain planning approval.

- Creation of a 22m2 extension, a fully accessible decked roof terrace and walk-on roof light

- Supply and installation of bi-folding doors

- Supply and installation of decorative finishes inclusive of floor tiles

- Full M&E package including underfloor heating and AC ( Comfort cooling )

- Supply and installation of composite decking to roof terrace and creation of a ground floor terrace.

- Supply and installation of a specialist glass balustrade and walk-on roof light

- Supply and installation of automated external feature lighting
