The project brief was to implement specialist finishes and lighting to two apartments post developer completion. The specialist finishes were developed and specified by the design team and we provided input during the design development stage to ensure that the finishes and designs were achievable within the client’s budget and the project programme.

- Supply and installation of carpets.

- Refinishing of timber flooring.

- Supply and installation of specialist wall coverings.

- Application of polished plaster

- Supply and installation of specialist joinery

- Installation of specialist lighting
