The project brief was to provide our client with a full turn key solution, working closely with the clients team to provided input during the design development stage to ensure that the finishes and designs were achievable and within the client’s budget and the project programme.

 

SCOPE OF WORKS

 

- Assisting the clients team with LTA approval 

- Full strip out of the existing base build. 

- Reconfiguration of existing partitions 
- Supply and installation of carpets.

- Supply and installation of  timber flooring.

- Supply and installation of specialist wall coverings.

- Application of polished plaster

- Supply and installation of specialist joinery 

- Installation and design of full ME&P

- Installation and design of home automation and AV 

- Design and supply and install of feature stone floor

- Supply and install of bespoke ironmongery 

- Supply and install of leak detection system to all wet areas inline with the landlords requirements.
